Hand washing 🧼: Washing your hands with soap and water is super important and makes a HUGE difference compared to just using hand sanitizer 🙌. Also, if someone who has a cold is entering your home where someone is immunocompromised, have them wear a mask 😷.

Here are some things you can do to beef up your immune system 💪 so we’re ready for viral season :

If you are vitamin D deficient, you are going to be more susceptible to viruses. So, make sure you are taking vitamin D!
Prevention-wise, probiotics can be great! These boost your gut health and help prevent viruses from crossing from the gut into the rest of your body.
Garlic pills 💊 can help prevent viruses.
Andrographis is a supplement that can also help.
Fish 🐟 oils such as omega-3 and DHA can help prevent viruses as well.
Echinacea can also help prevent viruses.
