How Xi Jinping Changed China And The Communist Party (HBO)

Chinese Communist Party began its five-yearly National Congress, bringing 2,300 delegates together. This congress is being billed as the most important since the Cultural revolution, with more than 70% of the seats on the Central Committee and Politburo expected to change hands. President Xi Jinping is expected to be re-elected as party leader for another five years.
