Wound Care With An Adhesive Allergy | Band-Aids & Bandages

Last summer in my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome series (link below) I shared that I’ve always been allergic to bandaids and particularly, the adhesive on bandaids, bandages, or medical tape. I had someone ask me to make a video talking about how I take care of cuts or wounds, and then I ended up cutting my finger and couldn’t make my planned video for this week… So! Here we are talking all about bandages.


I included links to all of the products I talked about here today (except for the Neosporin and "Equate triple antibiotic ointment” because those are carried practically everywhere. I even see those at gas stations. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding cut ointment, or antiseptic to first clean your cuts/scrapes/wounds.)
