EQUINE PHOTOGRAPHY | Fine Art Development - EMILY HANCOCK | Part 2

Описание к видео EQUINE PHOTOGRAPHY | Fine Art Development - EMILY HANCOCK | Part 2

Emily allows you full, behind the scenes, access to one of her Fine Art concept development shoots, where she works closely with horse trainer Arran to experiment with a variety of concepts and techniques to create fantastic and unique fine Art Equine images.

In this series Emily allows you to come on location with her as she works through and develops new ideas and concepts for her Fine Art Equine portraits. The importance of this type of concept development cannot be understated, going out and shooting your own work is essential to building a strong portfolio, either for building yourself a unique fine art collection or for separating yourself within the market to attract in new clients.
In this section Emily test some slightly more abstract ideas, experimenting initially with Vaseline on Perspex to create a more painterly look, which produces some interesting results. Then she tries to use material blowing over the horse to create an even more abstract look, however this does not work exactly as planned but as Emily points out this is the point of development shoots like this. Sometimes the elements for an idea are just not quite right and it is better to iron out problems on your own shoot than risk untested ideas with a client.
