In the shamanic realm...

We all roll the dice when we get out of bed in the morning

I imagine a creator with endless compassion... laughing joyfully at humans trying to validate the life experience

Ignorance is bliss so they say... But that's not true for me... and I'd assume it's not true for anyone who finds themselves 3k characters deep into a Prescription Description box of an ASMR chiropractic video.

Love and heart break are for the youthful

As the body ages it becomes apparent that once easily recoverable adverse events now have larger and long lasting effects.

You can't drink all night without feeling it for days. You can't be active without stretching. Don't even think about lifting up that pair of socks without bending at the knees

Avoid a broken heart... oof... cuz when you get older, the rebound bounces like a deflated beach ball

Bc sensation leads to temporary elation
you have to make changes to raise the vibration

in your speaking tone and movement science
the specifical study of self is the assignment

your vibrant when you truth
you die inside when you lie

you've got some brown crusty stuff right there
in the corner of your eye

It must have been a good sleep
filled with dreams filled with peace
But now that you're awake
Is it war that you seek?

let's drink the shamanic consciousness brew
the plants say "we have feelings too"
and their wisdom is inside of you

Everything is perfect
even if it hurts
we can just keep on going
the medicine will be growing
give up the attachment to knowing
And nurture the seeds you've been sowing

Thought forms
Of light blast
Tether your ideal into god
and reveal yourself in the vast

then just revisit 2-3x a day as you drink water and breathe intentionally deep

years pass like days
your eyes sight starts to fade
the joints wear away

These are just the little signs to help you deal
that the end of your life is real

bc you do not get reincarnated...
your nameless/formless unlimited energy vibration does
So get to know that
and escape your fate as a mortal implement of this foolish need to prove our own existence

And don't forget that you are indeed very special.
