The application scope of silicone heat transfer is extremely wide, and it can be transferred onto various materials such as cotton, Lycra, microfiber, nylon, waterproof nylon, nylon mesh, PU, and genuine leather. Particularly in fields with high requirements for comfort and durability, such as children's clothing, sportswear, and printed T-shirts. silicone heat transfer technology demonstrates significant advantages. Statistics show that the pattern printed by silicone heat transfer can still maintain more than 90% adhesion and color vividness after 50 standard washes, which is much better than traditional ink transfer products.

How to silicone heat transfer printing with using the silicone inks of Dongguan Fengyang Silicone Co., Ltd?
Printing tips:
1.Transfer silicone color layer printing for 3-6 layers:
Transfer silicone FY-311 100G
Silicone thinner FY-1# 20G 20%
Silicone pigments 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Silicone catalyst FY-600 2G 2-3% if need fast dry or cold weather, mix with 3% catalyst


2.Transfer silicone clear layer printing for 2-16 layers or more:
(Printing layers depends on the thickness required)
Transfer silicone FY-311 100G
Silicone thinner FY-1# 20G 20%
Silicone catalyst FY-600 2G 2-3% if need fast dry or cold weather, mix with 3% catalyst
3.Printing crossing linker 2 layers :
Silicone crossing linker FY-2901A 50G
Crossing linker curing agent FY-2901B 2.5G 5%
Dry by heating tunnel&baking device with 100-120 degree.
TIPS: The effective printing time after mixing with agent FY-2901B is 3-4 hours. So please reasonably mix cross linker and cross linker curing agent to avoid waste.
4.Print hot melt glue 8-12 layers:
Hot melt glue FY-HP-01G 50G
Thinner FY-5# 10-15G 20-30%
To mix 20-30% hot melt glue thinner FY-5# to dilute the glue to avoid choking the mesh when printing. If mix with more glue thinner then need print more layers.The glue thinner can be also used to wash the mesh after glue printing.
5.After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100-120 degree for 30 to 60 minutes .
6.Heat press the film on the fabric via the heat transfer press machine under pressure of 4KG by the temp of 160-175 degree for front side 7 seconds then back side 12-18 seconds
