What in the hell happened with this patch's side quests?! With the exception of Tulia and two dragons from the Where Sky is Clear and Glory Shines Exploration Quests, the rest had me feeling down all the way through. And by the way, I did not even include the residents from Murmurstown's Sonoro Sphere, that one was just depressing to be in. Not to mention, the sound from the False Sovereign there just gives me the creeps.

The quest with Aeolus and the connection it had to the Moments Scattered to the Wind with Grandmother Lillibet was a bit hard to read. I sympathize with Gren and his situation now, like he just lost his disciple and didn't want to lose his friend. I actually thought he was a bit harsh with him the first time, but now I get it. And that letter from Augusta was like a roundhouse kick that I saw coming.

May Applause Greet You was another too. Pretty short and I was expecting something jolly with the Wootters, and instead I had to mercy kill an echo that was losing its mind. This really sucks.

Oh and that Scale of the Past quest was diabolical. Making me read a dying man's last thoughts for his beloved is just no bueno... Well, I can at least take solace on the fact that they reunited and had a closure along with their daughter. It's crazy that this event predates the previous Ephor Valeria, which was decades ago, as Ina was still young then.

I don't even know what to say. My mood level was pretty much on the floor by the time I finished this compilation. The new area is depressing and looking at the dark tide's residue just pisses me off. And that's not even mentioning Grandmother Lillibet's side quests that just rubs salt in the wound.

Life in Septimont is rough - and being a gladiator is even more so.
