I unbox the Echo/Neutra Rivanera BK (Black Dial). A new and last watch purchase for 2024.

I like and appreciate a lot of dress watch designs. Have even had a few. But, they never stayed for one reason or another. I think I enjoy entertaining the idea of having a dress watch. But, my heart is more strongly moved by sport or tool watch designs.

As such, the unique approach that Echo/Neutra implemented their tank-style dress watch grabbed and kept my interest since its announcement. I think the unique case shape and details along with its multi-finish of the grade 5 titanium may lend itself towards a more tool or casual feel. To explore and rest this theory, I decided to purchase it and give it a go.

It just arrived a couple days before Christmas (2024). If ordered within the first batch of 200, they would arrive before Christmas, which it did. There was a few moments of frustration during the shipping process. But, it finally arrived.
