Описание к видео Legendary Bond Girl Jane Seymour Issues Plea to Amazon After 007 Franchise Move

The legendary former James Bond Girl Jane Seymour has sent a bold signal to Amazon, suggesting herself for a role in a potential 007 spin-off.
Portraying the psychic Solitaire alongside Roger Moore in 1973's classic Live and Let Die, Jane Seymour captured audiences with one of her defining early roles. With the revelation that Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have relinquished creative control to Amazon, the future of the James Bond saga has been a hot topic.
LEGENDARY Bond Girl Jane Seymour issues a plea to bosses after 007’s shock move to Amazon.
Bond has seen off Russian terror organisations, survived dastardly villains, and narrowly escaped a host of assassins.
But now he faces his biggest threat to date — surviving Jeff Bezos’s franchise-crunching business after his Amazon MGM Studios took “creative control” of the famous spy series.
Barbara Broccoli and her stepbrother Michael G Wilson, the movies’ producers for the past 30 years, are stepping away from novelist Ian Fleming’s legendary franchise.
But many 007 fans fear for its future under Amazon — which they worry will dilute the franchise with a ton of poor-quality spin-offs and merchandise.
Those worried includes Bond Girl Valerie Leon who has previously raised concerns that the franchise will not be British anymore after Amazon's takeover.
Former Bond Girl Jane Seymour has issued a come and get me to Amazon to cast her in a 007 spin-off.
Seymour played Solitaire opposite Roger Moore in 1973’s Live and Let Die, which was one of her earliest breakthrough performances. The franchise was recently rocked after news that Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have ceded creative control to Amazon.
But speaking to the Mirror, Jane said she was confident for 007’s future. She said: “I think it’s great. Amazon is huge and I am sure they will have the time, the money and the interest to continue and invest in Bond.”
And asked at Elton John’s Aids Foundation party if she would like to star in a spin-off show created by Amazon she says: “Oh yes…but they will never ask me.”
Jane Seymour, the iconic Bond girl from the 1973 film Live and Let Die, has expressed her hopes for the future of the James Bond franchise following Amazon's acquisition of creative control. Seymour, who played the role of Solitaire opposite Roger Moore, described the change as "an end of an era" but remains optimistic about the franchise's potential under Amazon.
In a plea to the new bosses, Seymour emphasized her willingness to be involved in future Bond projects, stating, "I've always said I'd be very happy to be a part of it." She expressed pride in being part of the Bond legacy and believes the franchise will continue to thrive due to its enduring popularity.
Seymour's comments come as Amazon prepares to take the reins of the beloved franchise, marking a significant shift from the long-standing stewardship of producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson. Fans and industry insiders are eagerly awaiting how Amazon will evolve the series while maintaining its iconic status.
