Satay, considered to be a national dish of Indonesia, is a popular Southeast Asian street food that usually involves a marinated meat being skewered and grilled, then served with a simple saucy dip. Depending on the region, there are countless variations of satay, with different kinds of meats, marinades, spices, and even skewer material. 
We're using flavorful chicken supreme here, but you can substitute anything from chicken breast meat, lamb to tofu and vegetables, though cooking times will vary. And that peanut sauce? Absolutely essential to the eating experience. It's the ultimate wingman to satay, containing all the fragrant notes of lemongrass, Thai ginger, lemon leaves and fresh lemon juice.


🍅 Ingredents:-
For curry:--------
50gm Lemon grass
30gm thai ginger
20 gm ginger
50gm garlic
50gm whole kashmiri chilli
1 teaspoon Thai red curry past
(Ingredients for chicken marination):-----
6 pics of chicken supreme
Salt to taste
1/3 teaspoon aromat powder
1/3 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoon satay curry paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 pics of satay stick
Sesame oil for frying
Serv with peanut butter sauce
