How to Set Practice Goals with Your Doctor Practice Administrator

Where is your practice now? Where do you want to take this practice? What do you want to do is measure the numbers and see where we improve on them going forward or things we did really well, and how can we reward our team for that. It's not just about production. It's about so many different goals.

This is a really great chance for you to get the entire team involved.
