THOUGHTS: In this episode, we got to see some of Frieren’s power as well as how Fern is developing as a mage. We got some more insight into how spells work in battle. We got to see a quirky, awkward, very human side of Frieren. I love how she thinks that she “doesn’t get humans” when in reality, she is sooo much more human than she realizes. That awkwardness when her and Fern had the sweets was proof of that hahahha. So cute. I am excited to see their relationship blossom. I wish for it to be “sisterly” :) Protecting each other, being very real with each other, giving each other advice, and knowing each other better than anyone. We’ll see!

I noticed when she was talking about how being “TOO POWERFUL” is a weakness... that makes me feel like she holds in some of her own power to protect herself from that same fate. I am excited to watch episode 4, the final episode of the prologue!

OH! WHEN HIMMEL WAS LIKE "You saw what I've been wanting to see this whole time" I was DONEEE... 💀
