Download this form to petition the Probation Office to seal your record. Print it out, fill it out, check off all 7 check boxes (4 boxes in Part A and the 3 boxes in the signature area) and sign where it's asking for your signature. Put it in an envelope, stamp it and drop it in the mailbox. Probation Office (at least a few years ago) won't accept unless it's mailed in via snail mail. Within 2-3 months you should hear back with their decision. The Probation office told me this themselves and gave me the link to this form.
