What is Surati? Its the main concentration with which we do all the things. For example when we do some very fine work like threading a needle then we become fully concentrated. If we are not fully concentrated then it won't work. This main concentration is called as "Mool Surati". And soul is nothing else but concentration. We all know that if we are not focussing on something we will not be successful in that task. Saints have talked extensively about how controlling this "Surati" can help us attain permanent salvation. Lots of spiritual leads too have talked about how meditation helps us attain salvation but they don't know proper techniques like where to focus and how to remain concentrated there during meditation.
