• Measuring tape
• Scissors
• Sewing machine
• Pins
• Thread
• Chalk for marking

[Step 2: Taking Measurements]
“Start by measuring the baby’s chest, waist, and length for the frock. Also, measure the arm circumference for the elastic puff sleeves.”

[Step 3: Cutting the Fabric]
