The father’s name is Richard and he is a well-known figure in the entertainment business in his own right. He is a producer, composer and a music consultant to HBO Pictures. He had been married to Maya’s mother since 1970 and up till her death in 1979. During this time, they produced two kids. Richard then married a woman Kimiko Kasai.

The mother Minnie was a talented singer, who used to give concerts and gather thousands of fans. In 1976 she was diagnosed with cancer but she kept working until 1979. Just a month after her last concert she passed away, aged 31. Her death was a real tragedy for the whole family and it is hard for Maya to talk about it till present days.

The celebrity has a step-mother Kimiko, who is a jewelry designer. She tied the knot with Richard in 1990 and ever since that time, they have been together.

The comedian has a brother Marc, who was delivered in 1968. He is a very talented person, who works as a music engineer and is capable of playing over 20 musical instruments.

Speaking of Rudolph’s personal life, she has been in a long-term relationship with filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson. The two love birds met each other in 2000 and started living together in 2001. Despite the fact that they are not officially married, they bring up four kids they produced together.

Maya’s firstborn, a daughter Pearl was welcomed in 2005. It would be interesting to know that when Pearl was born, the actress never thought of having three more babies.

The second daughter Lucille was delivered in 2009. Both parents do their best to keep the kids away from the spotlight and rarely appear with them in public.

The only son in a family is Jack and he was born in 2011. A curious fact is that Jack thinks that he is Michael Jackson after watching a documentary about the musician.

A daughter Minnie became a wonderful addition to the family in 2013.
