नमस्कार मित्रों🙏
इस वीडियो में जो कैंची व चाकू के पक्की धार लगाने की मशीन दिखाई गई हैं, वो मैंने राजस्थान के तिलवाड़ा(जिला-बाड़मेर, राजस्थान) पशु मेले (2021) में मैंने देखी है, हालाँकि इससे पहले भी मैंने बहुत बार देखी हुई हैं व आप मे से बहुतों ने भी देखी होगी, लेकिन इस लुप्त होती कला को दिखाने का उद्देश्य मेरा इन हाथ के हुनरमंदों को प्रमोट करना है,
राजस्थान में गाड़िया लोहार नाम की घुम्मकड़ जाति है, जो महाराणा प्रताप के समय से ही घुम्मकड़ी का जीवन-यापन करते रहे हैं, ऐतिहासिक स्रोतों के अनुसार, इन गाड़िया लोहारों ने मुगलों के विरुद्ध, महाराणा प्रताप को सहयोग किया था, इनका मुख्य पेशा लोहे का काम हैं, इन्होंने मेवाड़ की सेना को तलवारें व अन्य शस्त्र बना कर दिए थे व उसी समय से यह प्रण लिया था कि, जब तक मेवाड़, पूरी तरह से मुगलों के चंगुल से स्वतंत्र न हो जाये, तब तक यह लोग घुम्मकड़ी का जीवन जियेंगे, कालांतर में इन्होंने अपने स्थायी निवास स्थान भी बनाये, फिर भी अपनी आजीविका कमाने के लिए इनको घुम्मकड़ी का जीवन जीना पड़ रहा है, आजकल ये लोग एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर घूमते रहते हैं व गांवो में किसानों के खेती के औजार बनाने व कैंची- चाकू के धार लगाने का कार्य करते है,
हालाँकि मशीनीकरण के इस युग मे, इनके पारम्परिक व्यवसाय पर भी फर्क पड़ा है, लेकिन नई पीढ़ी ने इस विधा को सहेज कर रखा व अपनी काबिलियत से ,समय के साथ कुछ बदलाव जरूर करें हैं और इसी का अच्छा उदाहरण यह धार लगाने की मशीन हैं, जो बिजली व हाथ , दोनों से चलती हैं।

According to historical sources, these blacksmiths supported Maharana Pratap against the Mughals, their main occupation is iron work, they made the swords and other weapons for the army of Mewar and from that time they vowed that , Until Mewar is completely independent from the clutches of the Mughals, these people will live the life of a wanderer,

in the course of time they also made their permanent habitat, yet they have to live a life of wanderer to earn their livelihood.

Nowadays these people roam from one place to another and in the villages, making the tools of farming and sharpening scissors-knife,
Although in this era of mechanization, their traditional business has also been affected, but the new generation has preserved this mode and by its ability, must make some changes over time and this is a good example of this sharpening machine. , Which runs with both electricity and hands.
