This was a re-encode from xvid to x264.
I originally ripped the video from a DVD.
The quality was not great on the DVD either. Probably a video tape originally.
Cleaned noise and adjusted the color a bit. 640x480 resolution.
Used VirtualDub 8 yers ago and XMEDIA Recode today.
Both are Free, and you don't have to install them. Run them from anywhere.
