If you are an employer in British Columbia, you need to review your first aid assessment at least annually to make sure your first aid services are still adequate for your workplace. You also need to conduct drills to make sure your first aid procedures are effective. This video outlines the process for both of those requirements, which align with changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation in effect as of November 1, 2024.
