A couple months ago I was browsing eBay and I found this class c Illinois Central interurban locomotive and managed to outbid everyone. As it would turn out it wasn't as much of a "win" as I originally thought. Right out of the box this thing had countless issues despite the seller claiming that it was in working order. I decided to try and fix it myself which is not a great idea since it would void any chance of a refund but it ended up working out.
