Pranic Healing is a no touch energy healing system that’s based on the idea that the body has the ability to heal itself through life force prana to balance and harmonize the body. It helps remove congested or diseased energy and replenishes the body with fresh energy.

HOW TO DO THE BREATHING TECHNIQUE:

Today, we'll be practicing 1 round of Breathing, breathing in 6-3-6-3 Rhythm, called pranic breathing.
