US Special Envoy for Sudan: Sudanese need more support in achieving peace

A lasting peace in Sudan can be achieved if regional actors like the African Union play a greater role in mediating conflicts between the warring sides, Tom Perriello, the United States special envoy for Sudan told VOA United Nations Correspondent Margaret Besheer.
