This short documentary takes a look at how small, medium and large farms are handling produce safety - risks, regulations and lessons learned from outbreaks elsewhere. In addition to the perspectives of vegetable growers, we hear from the Desert Farming Initiative at UNR, the Nevada Department of Agriculture, the DROPP Food Hub and Liberty food and Wine Exchange's executive chef on the path local food takes from farm to table.
