Fèis Ìle Day 2021 is here! Are you ready to explore every nook and cranny of the distillery with various people from the Kilchoman team? Although we are celebrating virtually again this year, we will be doing our best to bring every inch of Kilchoman to you wherever you are.

To kick things off, we will be hosting a Kilchoman ‘DNA’ Live Tasting at 12 noon Islay time. Even if you didn’t manage to get one of the tasting packs, please still join us. Pour yourself a dram of something you have at home and send us any questions you have in the comments.

We will then join different members of the Kilchoman team to begin the moving 360° tours across the farm, into the malt floor, delving deep into the stillhouse, through casks in the warehouse and finally to the bottling hall to see our whisky being bottled and packaged to ship off to customers around the world. These moving 360° tours give you ‘behind-the-scenes’ access and control over what you see! You can scroll up, down, left, and right on the screen as you are guided from the barley field to bottling hall by the team, almost like you’re there yourself (but not quite)! Following each tour we will be live for a Q&A. Is there something you’ve always wanted to ask Islay about the farm? Or perhaps you’ve got a distillation or fermentation question for Robin, well now is your chance to ask the team all your Kilchoman questions.

17.00 – Vatting and Bottling – with Michal Besser

18.00 – ‘Through the Ages’ Live Tasting with

19.15 – ‘Experimental Casks’ Live Tasting

Lastly, we will answer any final questions over a very large dram of the Kilchoman Fèis Ìle 2021 release! Everything from throughout the day will be recorded and available afterwards for anyone who wants to catch up at a later time.
