The LUDWIG-SONOR Connection - THE drum that inspired Ludwig

The earliest history of Ludwig Drums can be traced to the drum at the center of this video. As pivotal as this story is to the Ludwig history, it’s not an often told one. I have done my best to verify the facts contained in this video, but like many historical pieces much of the information comes from sources that are repeating what they’ve been told or read from other sources. The major points in the story were described in a post from the National Music Museum, so that’s some solid ground.
