1 Point No.1 Legal Provisions of filling the form of List of Documents:-
General Rules (Civil)1986
39. List to accompany all documents when so ever filed. - The list of documents required by Order VII, Rule 14 and Order XIII, Rule 1 of the Code, shall be in the prescribed form (F. 3) and no document, whensoever's produced, shall be received unless accompanied by the said form duly filled up. In the case of a document produced by a witness or person summoned to produce a document, the form shall be supplied by the party at whose instance the document was produced. The list as well as the documents shall be immediately entered in the general index in the prescribed form (F. 4).

14. Documents relied on in Plaint.- Production of document on which plaintiff sues or relies
(1) Where a plaintiff sues upon a document or relies upon document in his possession or power in support of his claim, he shall enter such documents in a list, and shall produce it in court when the plaint is presented by him and shall, at the same time deliver the document and a copy thereof, to be filed with the plaint.

 mention weather the document is original /certified copy /or photocopy
 If you have filed the photocopy and the original in your power and possession, please mention this fact , that the original shall be produced as per the order of the court
 If the original is in power and possession of the other party , please mention this fact in the list
 Please keep photocopy of all document filed in the court
 submit and make the request that same should be entered in the order sheet that the documents has been present
 Where the Stamps and court fees are required , file the required court fees

5 Obtain Certified Copy :-
In case the original documents misplace , or tag with other file, the Certified copy will have a sufficient proof so Must obtain the certified copy of all documents which you have filed before court Also obtain the certified copy of the list of the documents .
