Americans Try Cooking Spargel | Why Do Germans Love This

In this video we cook and eat spargel for the first time. In Germany spargel is white asparagus and Germans are crazy about it. Why is it so popular? We try to cook a common spargel meal with boiled spargel, boiles potatoes and a homemade hollandaise sauce. We show our first impressions. We also discuss some possible reasons why spargel is so popular here in Germany.
