To make the oatmeal lemon pie, you will need:

*100 g oatmeal
*1 banana
*2 tablespoons yogurt
*Nuts to taste
*Lemon zest
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla
*1 teaspoon baking powder
*1 egg
*1 tablespoon butter
*2 lemons
*Juice of 1 lemon
*2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon vanilla
*300 grams soft cottage cheese
*2 tablespoons honey
*1 tablespoon coconut flakes
*2 tablespoons cornstarch
*2 tablespoons honey
*1 teaspoon stevia
*Nuts to taste
** Bake at 180°C, 40 minutes
