Orson Welles famously said "If you want a happy ending, that depends, of course, on where you stop your story." As we come to the end of 2025, we recognize that it has been a crazy year. But we are looking forward to all that 2026 has the potential to be.

Over the past year, MS Digital Solutions responded to the input from our customers and added a few new services. We started offering CRM solutions. We built out a more formal, SEO solution. We started doing more content development and deployment work for clients. We are helping our customers grow their Google Business Profile. We are working with a partner to offer AI Agent solutions to clients that will benefit from these technologies. All of this on top of the great website support and design/development services we grew this company on.

Over the holiday break we have been hard at work figuring out how AI can be implemented in our business operations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of many aspects of our business. From how we respond to and resolve site errors and down-time - to how we onboard new customers. AI isn't taking our jobs. It's simply another tool.
