This is Day 1 of a brand new build series where we’re constructing a single-story ranch home in the country.

We start on the concrete foundation and work all the way through:
– Sill seal and green plate
– Setting the steel beams
– Running all floor joists
– Completing all basement framing

By the end of the day, the entire basement is framed and ready to be decked so we can start building walls next.
