INGREDIENTS
For the kimchi tofu stew with sardines:
1 medium firm tofu, diced
1 can sardines in tomato sauce
1/2 cup kimchi
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 egg
cooking oil
spring onions, for garnish

For the Korean egg roll:
1 can Argentina Corned Beef
3 eggs
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 tablespoon chopped red and green bell peppers
1 teaspoon vinegar
black Pepper
salt
cooking oil
spring onions
