This MORNING MEDITATION is designed for days when you need extra support, grounding, and gentle energy. If your creative mind feels overwhelmed, scattered, or tired, this practice invites you to slow down, feel safe in your body, and reconnect with a deep sense of inner and SPIRITUAL SUPPORT.

This 20 MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION includes a GUIDED VISUALIZATION, in which I invite you to sit back to back and heart to heart with God.

Please note: There is no particular religious connection to the word "God", so feel free to hear it in whatever way is supportive to you.

Whether you are looking for a guided meditation for POSITIVE ENERGY, a meditation for anxiety, or a creativity meditation, this guided journey will meet you exactly where you are and help you compassionately explore and express your truth.
