Reva runs straight into Joshs arms and the two head off to Alans. Olivia is horrified when Alan announces that he owns 51% percent of Lewis Construction. Reva, Josh and the SEC burst in to arrest Alan. Josh stands by while the SEC arrests Olivia as well.

Phillip reprimands Alan for making an illegal transaction, but Lorelei suspects that he did it all for Olivia's love. Phillip advises Alan to keep his distance from Olivia. Meanwhile, Olivia throws herself into Josh's arms and pleads with him to forgive her.
