In this 8-session online course '𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀' with Dr. Mary Ammerman, we will review 4 common EEG patterns associated with over and under arousal, ensure proper placement of 10-20 sites, walk through the steps of training a client from explaining neurofeedback and setting realistic client goals to assessing symptoms, recording and interpreting 2 site mini maps, selecting and adjusting protocols, using effective coaching strategies, managing thresholds, and evaluating client progress.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿: Mary Ammerman was born in Nashville, TN, and raised in the foothills of North Carolina. She received her bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. She is the Vice President of the Institute for Applied Neuroscience, located in Asheville, NC.
