Incredible Viewpoints in Donja Pusca | Cycling with Bikademy Zapresic – Brdovec – Pusca Study

Only 30 kilometers away from Croatia’s capital of Zagreb, Donja Pušća is a charming jewel of Hrvatsko zagorje.

Chapel of Majka Božja Čiselska, a protected cultural monument of the highest significance, stands atop a picturesque hill in Donja Pušća. Built in the late 18th or early 19th century, the chapel embodies Baroque Classicism.

Whether religious or not, the serene environment invites you to take a breath, look within, and experience reflection and connection.

Panoramic views stretch for kilometers across the countryside. Under the Chapel, lies a parish church of St George with the cemetery, as well as the houses, vineyards and fields that provide an insight into the lifestyle of friendly locals.

Riding to the chapel might be a challenge for beginners, but if you have time or if you’re an avid cyclist, go for it. Otherwise, you’re good by looking at it from St George’s church.
