Lauryn Jennings is from Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in December 2021. She then started her career in the aerospace industry as a Manufacturing Engineer, working on several major projects that helped save time and costs while improving production efficiency. After two and a half years, Lauryn joined her company’s Engineering Leadership Development Program, which includes three one-year rotations. She’s currently in her first rotation as a Flight Test Control Engineer.
