Maxim Integrated Products Inc. (NASDAQ:MXIM) posted its fiscal 2011 first quarter results following the closing bell Thursday afternoon, reporting revenue of $626.1 million.

GAAP EPS was $0.39 and gross margin came in at 61.7% GAAP.

The company declared a $0.21 per share quarterly dividend and gave a fiscal second quarter revenue outlook of $595 million to $625 million.
