The story begins with a client named Giannis, who initially intended to restore his dormant CM200T back to its factory glory. The bike had been sitting unused for more than 20 years, and its engine was in dire need of attention. The project kicked off with a comprehensive rebuild of the Honda’s engine. New pistons, valve guides, and gaskets were fitted, while the top end was treated to a sleek layer of black powder coating. On the exhaust side, the little Honda gained a custom stainless-steel two-into-one system that exits through a reverse megaphone muffler, giving it a sound and character that far exceed its humble origins.

The cockpit now hosts a multi-function Daytona Velona dial and a fresh handlebar fitted with premium Motogadget switches. Illumination comes from a 5.75-inch LED headlight up front and a taillight housed in a custom 3D-printed enclosure at the rear. LED turn signals complete the modern lighting package.

Of course, no custom project is complete without a distinctive paint scheme, and the CM200T does not disappoint. The chosen palette exudes sophistication and flair, perfectly tying together the bike’s vintage roots and its contemporary upgrades.
