This is the first of four videos used in the YEVO Food Company Launch first shown at the REVEAL event in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 15, 2014.

For the most part, people ignore the importance of food. Every person in the world, everywhere, needs food. People have trusted the powers to be, the food companies, to give them good stuff. And these companies haven't! And now food is one of the problems we have in our society and not the joys.

Foods are important for two reasons:
1- The power of getting your essential nutrients from food and how your body responds to it is just critically important.
2- Food is the glue in my social life to bring all my family together.

Food has always been a critical piece of every group and every society; whether it is out of necessity or bringing everyone together. We've lost that a little bit in the last 100 years.

Over 40% of the foods are out of the home now; that means people are grabbing things on the go through fast food restaurants and it's become a function now as opposed to a piece of our social network.

The main thing of concern, is that virtually everyone does not have a healthy diet. Even people who think they are eating healthy, are not. The foods have some of the nutrients, but not all of the nutrients.

The issue we have is that we've had 100 years of processed foods. Food companies don't care about essential nutrients. Rather, they care about convenience, shelf life and getting people addicted on foods. There has been a slow deterioration of the food source thru empty calories, msg, preservatives, artificial dyes, trans fat, high sodium and processed sugar added to our foods. 70% of our foods are just considered bad foods now.

It's hard to know what's right and who's telling the truth when it comes to these Big Box Food Companies. The most powerful thing that a food company can do is give the people foods that are filled with nutrients. There are 7 Billion people in the world and everyone should be getting all their nutrients.

Peter Castleman feels that his Food is the answer to every single person in the world. If you believe in humanity, if you love humanity, and believe in the world, and if you believe in a small guy stepping up and doing what's right and doing what the world needs. Someone has do it; We have to do it. We might be out of our minds to pick a fight with the Big Box Companies, but if we don't do it, who will.
