In first problem we will perform subtraction of a smaller number from a larger number using 2s complement method.
In the second problem we will perform subtraction of a larger number from a smaller number to get a negative value using the 2st compelement method.
In the last problem we will perform subtraction of fractional binary numbers using 2st complement technique.
