Ill show you how you can play any demo file (not just from HLTV.org).

You need to goto HLTV.org and download the files.

Then you extract the files and place them in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\replays" folder.

Then copy the ENTIRE path of the file location and the file name and save it in notepad or clipboard.

Finally open CS2 and press the tilde (`) key and open the CS2 console.

Type in "playdemo name of file" like for example "playdemo C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\replays\myDEMO.dem"

Thats it! And remember these demos wont show in your downloaded to watch, this is the only way to watch demos that are not your own!
