Solid poe build (boss killer) that can clear tier 16 and end game Metamorph bosses like sirius the awakener with ease. Survive Metamorphs and delve deep. Also good as a league starter.
The build can be upgraded if you have lots of currency. Getting a watchers eye with extra ES when affected by clarity would be really good but costs around 25 exalts.
Correction - The Herald of Thunder ring (circle of regret) was only 50c, I must have mixed it up with the Herald of Ice ring.

This build guide is mainly focused for intermediate players, if you are a beginner it might be a bit hard for you but I'm sure you can make it work with some dedication! :) The build will however cost more than 5 exalts to get started probably so before then you have to play as life/hybrid and it will be a little scuffed before you make the switch to low life.

In the upcoming video I will upgrade the Slayer Cyclone build to make it more end-game viable.

If you want to see DPS don't forget to check the frenzy, power charges and attach brand to enemy checkmark. Can also check the lightning for wave of conviction.
