Скачать или смотреть 2 crop dusters at Hahnweide Air Show 2013

I have some videos shot at Hahnweide Air Show 2013 on my channel already, but this one is rather special in what it shows: Agricultural aircraft, also known as crop dusters. Usually this kind of plane is used in sparsely populated areas of huge countries, where there are many fields, large enough for the use of those planes to make sense economically. But that doesn't apply to the two aircraft shown in the video! They have been used during the Cold War era in different countries of the Eastern Bloc, where farmers had been more or less forced to join agricultural cooperatives, increasing average field size to such a degree that using aircraft for tasks like watering or spreading fertilizer widely started to make sense. On one hand, that made farming in those countries very efficient, on the other hand it is often seen as a kind of dispossession today, but either way, it led to us being able to watch those weird looking, slow flying, highly maneuverable aircraft in the air and that's definitely a good thing to me! :)

The aircraft featured here:
DDR-TAB (actually D-FOAB), a PZL-106 "Kruk" (en: "Raven")
SP-YFK, a PZL M-21 "Dromader Mini" (en: "Mini Dromedary"), a version of the M-18 "Dromader"
Both were built in Poland by PZL Mielec.
