BASAL BODY TEMPERATURE TRACKING TO PREDICT OVULATION

Basal body temperature (BBT) is your body’s temperature when it is fully at rest. For women, BBT changes throughout your menstrual cycle due to the changes in different reproductive hormone levels. The sudden and slight raise in this temperature reading is what will signal to you that you have ovulated. In this video I’m going to go in depth into how to track your ovulation using your basal body temperature (BBT).
