Welcome to Week 8 of Gather at the Oasis, a ten-week online program designed to help you affirm your values, strengthen your center, and soften your heart.

Audrey Kalman and Jennifer Browdy created this program for the Birth Your Truest Story online writers’ community, and for anyone who wants to remain centered while navigating challenging times.

Guided meditations appear here each Monday, starting September 2, 2024. You can participate in the full program for free by joining the Birth Your Truest Story community. When you do, you’ll receive an affirmation and a writing prompt in addition to the short guided meditation, as well as the opportunity to connect with other members during Friday Community Writing sessions.
