Pioneer CT-F900 Fluoroscan Cassette Deck Unboxing and Initial Diagnosis

I recently scored two vintage Pioneer Fluoroscan cassette decks within days of each other. The second one showed up first, so let's dig in and see what it needs ahead of the initial service video. Which... could take a while, depending on what I need to get for it.
