EBBING AND FLOWING IN WILDERNESS - Day 3 of our Big Garden Route Road Trip

We think we might have found the best camp site in the garden route. From the moment we drove into Wilderness we knew it was a special place, but we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the Ebb-and-flow camp site.

Wilderness is a small town, nestled between George and Knsya. In our opinions one of the Gems of the Garden route! Within Wildnerss there is the Garden Route National park, with the most epic camp site; Ebb and Flow.

Ebb and Flow is part of SAN Parks (South African National Parks) which means it is not super cheap, since you pay for the camp site as well as conservation fees. But honestly if you can afford it, it is worth while.

The condition of the camp sites is some of the best we’ve ever been too. They have really great facilities.

Ebb and flow is situated along a beautiful river so there is stunning birdlife and views.

This is the third day of our Road Trip down the Garden route. It has been really beautiful so far. We really understand why this South African road trip is considered to be the of the best in the world.
