Huge German gunning site - staircase reveals endless tunnels!

Hi guys, today we'll be exploring Batterie Oldenburg, one of the largest WWII gun positions of its kind in France. When we first came across this location we were only expecting a few large empty bunkers, but it was not long before the extensive nature of this battery revealed itself. Each casemate housed a long network of interconnecting tunnels and rooms, spread out over several storeys and joined with vast staircases, presenting a plethora of differently-structured chambers, designed to accommodate everything from ammunition storage to living quarters to showers and bathrooms. This genuinely was one of our best explores and I hope you guys find it as fascinating as we did.
