None-Fried, Hot-Air-Dried (Heated-Air-Dried) Instant Noodle Production Line

This video shows an automatic heated-air-dried instant noodle production line in Germany, built by Hesan Machinery Co., Ltd.

The process of making heated-air-dried precooked noodle blocks includes dough processing, sheet rolling, noodle cutting and corrugation forming, steaming, noodle block shaping and finally drying.

Dry instant noodles produced by the heated-air-dried instant noodle production line are considered healthier than those produced by dried instant noodle production lines.

The dry instant noodles produced by the Heshan hot-air-dried instant noodle production line can be easily cooked for about 5 minutes to make soup noodles; the taste of the noodles is very smooth. They retain vitamins and other nutrients and up to 90%. Heshan offers three technologies to produce dried instant noodles. You can choose one of them according to your specific situation:

1. Twice steaming + dipping + high temperature drying

Flour mixing→aging→rolling→steaming (I)→soaking→secondary steaming→cutting and dehydration at high temperature→hot air drying→cooling→packing

2. Cooling + hot air drying

Flour mixing→aging→rolling→steaming→cutting→freezing→hot air drying→cooling→packing

3. Microwave + hot air drying

Flour mixing→aging→rolling→steaming→cutting→microwave→hot air drying→cooling→packing
