The Halloween Sisters Pumpkin Bar recipe

2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 C sugar
4 eggs
2 C pumpkin puree
1 C oil

Add all dry ingredients and mix together. Add wet ingredients to the bowl (the eggs don't need to be whisked before adding). Pour into a buttered and floured 9x13 pan. A glass baking dish will give it a better texture but isn't necessary. Preheat oven to 350. Once the oven is up to temp, bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.

We will also be adding a cream cheese frosting video in the future. But my husband couldn't wait for me to get the bars frosted so I used the frosting I had in the pantry that I was going to use for an upcoming cake pop video. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
